Richmond, Indiana is situated along I-70 in eastern Indiana, on the Indiana-Ohio border. It is about halfway between Indianapolis and Dayton, Ohio. U.S. 40, also known as The National Road, runs through downtown Richmond, and one of the city’s main commercial districts on U.S. 40 just east of downtown to the point where it intersects with I-70.
And while Richmond is a great place to live and a city with attractions that draw large crowds, crime is inevitable, just like in other towns and cities. Police respond to burglaries and thefts on a daily basis.

Richmond is a city that is evolving. While its downtown area has seen significant changes in recent years, the city has watched a new business district develop in what is call the Depot District, where many new and young business owners have found a place to grow, and residents are flocking. Richmond has also seen growth in its parks department, finding new ways to capitalize on Glen Miller Park and other venues and locations to attract crowds inside the city limits.
ASI serves all of Richmond and the surrounding small communities throughout Wayne County.
